RETURNS POLICY
Please contact us for clarification, prior to purchasing, if you are unsure on any aspect of a product or do not understand the policies within our Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason you wish to return a product you have purchased, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of the product/s. This is exclusive of custom and non-stock items. Non-stock or custom-made products cannot be cancelled once ordered and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final on such products and full payment is required before we place orders with our suppliers. Once an order is processed, unfortunately no changes may be made.
If we agree that you can return the items, a restocking fee of $25 will apply. This restocking fee does not apply to an item being returned due to defect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused and in it’s original packaging. We cannot accept goods in damaged packaging unless the goods are faulty. We will either exchange, replace, provide a store credit, or refund the purchase price at our discretion (excluding any shipping charge if the product is not faulty.)
Please email accounts@hardyrifle.co.nz to notify us of your wish to return an item. Ensure that you include the invoice number on the email and your reason for returning it. Please advise whether you would like to exchange it for another product or request a refund. Please wait for our acknowledgement before returning any items.
Refund procedure (where applicable) - Once a return is received and inspected, Hardy Rifle will notify you by email, the approval or rejection of the refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Replacements procedure (where applicable) – Items will only be replaced if they are deemed defective or damaged through no fault of you, the purchaser. If an exchange is required, please email accounts@hardyrifle.co.nz. Unless the product is faulty, you will be responsible for paying associated shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable ,except in the event the product is faulty, in which case Hardy Rifle will credit the purchaser any applicable shipping costs.
Until the returned items have been received by Hardy Rifle, the products remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Courier tracking is recommended for any item returned to us. Hardy Rifle will not be held liable for any item damaged or lost during shipping.
